In 1971, R.A.D. Associates was established to help individuals and companies with their permanent staffing needs. R.A.D. Temps was formed in 1973 to accommodate the temporary needs of our applicants and clients. R.A.D. Employment Services is one of the few staffing services in the Boston area that can satisfy all your staffing requirements with one visit. 
Our services are provided to you at no expense and without regard to race, color, disability, age, creed, sex or national origin.
You can gain valuable work experience while investigating career opportunities by temping through R.A.D. Many of our temporaries have transitioned to excellent permanent positions while temping at our client companies and many others have qualifiied for exceptional opportunities on their own aided by the experience they acquired through R.A.D.

Paid Holidays
Work 1500 hours within a twelve-month period and you qualify for 7 hours of holiday pay for each of the 6 major holidays. In order to qualify, you must work the day before and day after the holiday. Referral Bonuses
Refer a friend to R.A.D. and earn $50 after he or she works 300 hours. Earn another $50 after that individual works another 200 hours. Refer an applicant to our permanent division and earn a $250 bonus when that individual is placed successfully.
Computer Training
You are invited to use our computer tutorials during office hours. Just give us a call to set up a time. |
Vacation Pay
As an R.A.D. temp you are eligible for 5 paid vacation days when you work 1500 hours within a twelve-month period. 401 K
Work at R.A.D. for one calendar year and 1000 hours and you are eligible to contribute to our 401K plan. There is an employer match if you are making contributions
Holiday Bonuses!
On all major holidays, we give bonuses to our "Temps of the Month."
