For over 35 years, R.A.D. has concentrated on providing what the client wants, and how they want it.  Primarily focusing on administrative, accounting, and investment placements in our permanent division, and administrative support in our temporary division, R.A.D. has assisted countless large and small employers and provided consistent concern and dedication to providing solutions for their staffing requirements. We are proud that we have always maintained the highest standard of excellence in our relationships with both client and applicant.

R.A.D. Employment Services was founded in 1971 by Bob Dorne. In 1984, Sylvia Portnoy joined R.A.D. as Manager of the Temporary Division and became Vice-President one year later. Kerrin Dorne, our COO, has been with R.A.D. since 1990, and manages all our administrative and financial processes. May Henry, Manager of Business Development joined R.A.D. the following year and has been a driving force in the formation of productive client relationships.

Unlike other staffing services that tout themselves as the "best" in the city, we have no delusions of grandeur. We simply do our job to the best of our abilities day in, day out. This is because our opinion of ourselves is irrelevant.
